Fees and Insurance Information
Success in Mind is a nonprofit organization. All proceeds from services are invested back into the organization.
Fees
The cost of a Comprehensive Learning Assessment is $3,700 and includes:
- Team Assessment – educational and neurodevelopmental assessments
- Demystification – conversation where the clinician explains the day's findings to the parent and child, including what the child’s strengths and weaknesses are in learning; preliminary strategies for moving forward are also given
- Individualized Report – detailed description of the student's Learning Profile (a balance sheet of the student’s unique strengths and weaknesses) and Learning Plan (specific, actionable recommendations that can be used at home and at school)
- Implementation support – a meeting, by phone or in person, to discuss your child’s Learning Profile and Learning Plan detailed in the report and a call with the school to help clarify questions about the Learning Profile and Learning Plan to support the parents in advocating for their child. This should be used shortly after reading the report.
Follow-up Services: $125/hour
Consultations: $500r
Payment Policy
A deposit of $500 is due when you schedule an assessment. The full balance ($3,200) is due at the time of service or you may opt for a six month payment plan at no interest. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal or cashier checks.
Insurance
Payment in full is due at the time of service. An invoice will be provided, including diagnostic and procedural codes (CPT and ICD-9) to assist you in seeking reimbursement. If you seek reimbursement, you must submit the necessary documents to your insurance carrier. Please note that we are “non-participating” and “out of network.” See Sample Invoice
Scholarship Application
Depending on availability, Success in Mind is able to offer scholarships to qualifying families based on family size and household income. Print Scholarship Application
